Easy Orange Cranberry Sauce Recipe: A Tangy Twist for Your Holiday Table

Ingredients

  • 2 12-ounce bags of fresh cranberries, rinsed
  • Zest and juice from 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons blood orange liqueur
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
  • Place over medium heat and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens.
  • Remove from heat and let the sauce cool.
  • Transfer to an airtight jar and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Serve alongside your Thanksgiving feast and enjoy!

Notes

Optional Variations:
1 tablespoon yuzu juice for an extra tangy flavor
1 teaspoon Calabrian chili paste for a spicy kick
